The Borough of West Long Branch has just five condominium communities, The Mew of Turtle Mills which is more commonly known as The Mews, Whispering Meadows, Winding Brook, Victorian Gardens, and the newest addition to the group, The Fields at West Long Branch. Unlike many communities that have their condominiums concentrated in one section of town, that is not the case with West Long Branch. The Mews is located in the northwest part of town near Eatontown, Whispering Meadows is in the southwest part of town near Ocean Twp. and Winding Brook is in the northeast part of town by the Long Branch border, Victorian Gardens in the north end of town, and The Fields is pretty centrally located in West Long Branch.
