Warwick Gardens is a pet and age restricted cooperative community of 60 one and two bedroom apartment style residences located at the intersection of Pinckney Road and South Street. Cooperative ownership is different than a condominium in that you don't receive a deed to a particular residence. Instead, you receive shares in the entity that owns the community with rights to occupy a particular residence. At least one owner must be at least 55 years old and there can be no occupants under the age of 18. Included in the monthly association fees are the property taxes, heat, hot water, gas, trash collection, sewer charges, snow removal and exterior maintenance of the buildings and grounds. Amenities include on-site laundry facilities, a community library and a social room in Building 34.
