The Village at Chapel Hill is a pet-friendly community of 120 duplex style condominiums plus 30 affordable housing units located off of Route 35 just north of the intersection with Chapel Hill Road. Built by Centex Homes in the mid-2000's, there are six distinctive models, the Atlantic, the Shrewsbury, the Monmouth, the Navesink, the Highland and the Raritan. The Highland is the smallest at 1888 square feet and the Navesink the largest at 2615 square feet, according to tax records. All homes have at least two bedrooms, 2.5 baths, and a one-car garage but some also have a basement and a double garage. The interiors are designed with open floor plans and volume ceilings that are favored by today's buyers. The Atlantic and Navesink models also feature a hard to find first floor master bedroom. For commuters, the Middletown train station is about 5 minutes away and the Garden State Parkway is about 10 minutes from the door. Shopping is convenient with plenty of retail stores up and down Route 35.

My goal is 100% client satisfaction. I want you to be happy dealing with me so you'll be comfortable posting a positive review as well.
