The Lofts is a community of 32 studio, one and two-bedroom loft-style condominiums located at 1001 Second Avenue in the Northwest section of Asbury Park. The building was originally constructed in the late 1800s and has served as a factory, warehouse, and office space. Acquired and converted to condominiums around 2010, the sizes range from just under 1000 square feet for a studio with one bath to over 2500 square feet for a two-bedroom with 2.5 baths. The Lofts are located about a half-mile from the Asbury Park train station and about three-quarters of a mile to the Asbury Park beachfront.
