Sutton Place is a mid-rise condominium community located on Ocean Avenue North in the north end of Long Branch. Built in 1988, the building is six stories high with four apartments on each floor. On the first five floors, the apartments on each end are approximately 1800 square feet and the interior apartments are approximately 1600 square feet, according to tax records, and all have two bedrooms. The sixth floor apartments are much larger, ranging in size from 2700 to 3000 square feet according to the tax records.
One of the best features of Sutton Place is that each apartment has unobstructed, direct ocean views from both the living/dining room and the master bedroom, with the beach about 100 feet from the condominium property. Sutton Place is a restricted access building with magnetically locked doors to the lobby and the building is serviced by two elevators. Each apartment has a one car garage and one assigned space in the outdoor parking lot. Sutton Place is a pet restricted building, which is not good news for pet owners.
