Society Hill was built by K. Hovnanian in the late 1980’s and the apartment style condominiums have two bedrooms and range in size from 1040 to 1232 square feet with the townhouses having either two or three bedrooms and ranging in size from 1254 to 1640 square feet, according to tax records. Both the apartments and townhouses were built with at least two full baths. On site amenities include a community pool, tennis courts and a playground for children. Commuting from Society Hill is convenient, with the Parkway about 5 minutes away and the Little Silver train station less than 10 minutes from the door. For those who enjoy downtown Red Bank, Broad Street is just a few minutes drive.
