Seaview Park – Long Branch, NJ

Seaview Park is a pet-friendly community of six townhouse-style condominiums located on the beachfront at 152 Ocean Avenue North and 26 Ocean Terrace at the north end of the Long Branch promenade. Built in the early 1980's, there are two buildings that comprise Seaview Park, both of which have three townhouses.  The townhouses at 152 Ocean Avenue North face directly out to the ocean and have 2191 square feet, according to the tax records, and all were built with at least three bedrooms.  The townhouses at 26 Ocean Terrace have 1972 square feet and were also built with at least three bedrooms.  That building faces north but residents still have an ocean view.  For beach lovers, the location is particularly appealing with the north end of the Long Branch beachfront directly across the street and 7 Presidents Oceanfront Park located just to the north of Seaview Park.  Popular Pier Village is less than a 10-minute walk away along the promenade and Rooney's Crab House, a popular beachfront restaurant is about a 3-minute walk.
