Sea Watch is a pet-friendly community of 38 townhouse style condominiums located on Ocean Avenue in the West End section of Long Branch. Built in the mid-1980's, most homes are just under 1450 square feet, according to tax records but there are eight larger townhouses ranging in size from approximately 1700 to 1800 square feet. Although Sea Watch is not on the ocean, the community has dedicated beach access through the former Takanassee Beach Club which is a short walk away.
