Riverview Towers is an elevator serviced, pet friendly (one pet is permitted per apartment) high rise community of studio, one, two and three bedroom apartment style co-ops located at 28 Riverside Avenue on the banks of the Navesink River. Co-ops are different from condos in that you own shares in the entity that owns the building with rights to occupy a particular apartment as opposed to owning the apartment itself. Built in the late 1960s, most apartments have views of the Navesink River, some of which are spectacular. The building is located just blocks from downtown Red Bank and the train station is about a quarter of a mile from the door.
