Patten Courts is a pet-friendly community of ten townhouse style condominiums located on Shore Drive in the North End of Long Branch.  Built by Williamsburg Associates, tax records indicate that Patten Courts was built in the late 1980's.  The end units were built with three bedrooms and 2.5 baths and the tax records indicate that they have 1590 square feet.  The remaining six townhouses were built with two bedrooms and 2.5 baths and each has 1490 square feet, according to the tax records.  All homes have a one car garage, gas heat, and central air conditioning.  For beach lovers, popular Pier Village in Long Branch is less than 2.5 miles away and the Monmouth Beach Bathing Pavilion, another popular beach, is about 1.5 miles from Patten Courts.  For commuters, the Little Silver train station is less than 10 minutes away, the high-speed ferry terminal to NYC is about 15 minutes away as is the Garden State Parkway.
