Developed by Hovbilt, one of the Hovnanian companies, construction was completed in five phases, with Phase I beginning in the early 1990's and Phase 5 built in the mid-2000's. Park Place II offers one, two and three bedroom homes and, as you might expect from a community of this size, there are a number of styles and sizes, ranging from just over 600 square feet to just under 2000 square feet, according to the tax records. Amenities include tennis courts and a playground for children. Commuting is convenient from Park Place II, with both the Garden State Parkway and Route 18 just minutes away. For shoppers, Route 35 stores, outlets, and malls are just a few miles drive and, for beach lovers, Asbury Park beaches are less than five miles away.
