Ocean Place is a pet-friendly community of 24 studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartment-style condominiums located at 300 Seventh Avenue in the northeast section of Asbury Park. Originally built in the 1960s, the building was subsequently converted to condominiums in the mid-2000s. Beach lovers will like the fact that the Asbury beachfront is just two blocks away and the location affords many of the apartments an ocean view. Amenities include on-site laundry facilities and a number of apartments have deeded off-street parking. For those who travel by train, the Allenhurst train station is less than a mile from the door, putting Ocean Place within walking distance of the train.
