North Pointe – Sea Bright, NJ

North Pointe is a pet-friendly community of 24 apartment-style and duplex condominiums located at 150 Ocean Avenue, right on the Shrewsbury River, in the North End of Sea Bright.  Developed by Vincent Scuderi, construction at North Pointe began in 2020.  The second and third-floor residences offer two bedrooms and two baths and range in size from 1511 to 1665 square feet, while the penthouses units offer three bedrooms and three and a half baths and range in size from 2409 to 2512 square feet.  All residences at North Pointe have a view of the Shrewsbury River or the Atlantic Ocean or both.  Each residence gets two assigned parking spaces.

Community amenities include a marina with dedicated boat slips, a promenade deck overlooking the Shrewsbury River, a sun deck with lounge furniture, and an outdoor gas cooking station.  The buildings at North Pointe have restricted access and are elevator serviced.

For beach lovers, the location of North Pointe is ideal with the Atlantic Ocean across the street and the entrance to Sandy Hook just north of the community.  For those that want to enjoy a meal in downtown Sea Bright, the restaurants are about a 5-minute drive.  For those taking the ferry to NYC, the ferry terminal is less than 5 minutes from North Pointe.
