Marina Bay Club is a pet restricted townhouse community sitting right on the Shrewsbury River in the North end of Long Branch. Built in the mid-1980's, the community has 93 homes, ranging in size from just over 2000 square feet up to approximately 2600 square feet. Although not part of Marina Bay Club, there is a marina adjacent the complex, making it particularly appealing to boaters. Another nice feature is that every home has a two car garage, which is not easy to find in townhouse communities, regardless of price. Although not considered within walking distance of the beach, by car Marina Bay Club is just a couple of minutes away from the Long Branch and Monmouth Beach beaches. Amenities include an inground pool and tennis court.
