Beachfront North is the term commonly applied to two sister communities, Grand Resorts and The Bluffs which were built in the mid 2000's. The Bluffs is a community of 104 townhouse style condominiums, with seven floor plans ranging in size from just under 2000 square feet to almost 3600 square feet. Both share the recreational facilities which include a heated pool, fully equipped exercise center, community room, billiard room and internet cafe.
