Fox Chase is a pet-friendly community of approximately 292 apartment style condominiums, of which 87 are Mount Laurel affordable housing units, and 555 townhouse style condominiums located off of Asbury Avenue in the southern section of Tinton Falls. Construction began at Fox Chase in the mid-1980's and has progressed through the years with residences being built to this day. The apartment style condominiums all have two bedrooms and range in size from 823 to 1018 square feet, according to tax records, and the townhouses have either two or three bedrooms and range in size from 1156 to about 1800 square feet, also according to tax records. The largest townhouses also have a one car garage. Amenities include tennis courts and playgrounds for children. For commuters, access to the Parkway and Route 18 is just minutes away. For shoppers, Route 35 stores, outlets, and malls are as close as 10 minutes and, for beach lovers, the Asbury Park beaches are about a 15 minute drive.
