North Pointe (formally Deal Lake Village)- Asbury Park NJ

North Pointe, formally called Deal Lake Village, is a pet-friendly community of 54 garden-style one and two-bedroom condos plus two townhouse condos located on Deal Lake Drive in the Northeast section of Asbury Park.  Originally built as a rental community, North Pointe was converted to condominiums in the mid-2010s.  Tax records indicate that the one-bedroom apartments range in size from 532 to 665 square feet, with the two-bedroom apartments all being 774 square feet.  The one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments have one bathroom each. The two townhouses range in size from 1148 to 1292 square feet and each has two bedrooms and 2.5 baths.  Also available at an additional cost are 33 deeded parking spaces located on-site.

North Pointe is located just across from Deal Lake and is just three blocks from the Asbury Park beachfront.  Many of the apartments have views of the lake or the ocean.  For those coming from North Jersey, the Allenhurst train station is less than a mile away, making North Pointe easily accessible for those who don't want to drive to the shore.  Cookman Avenue, the location of many restaurants and other nightspots, is just over a mile from North Pointe.
