Colts Pride is a community of 249 two-story single-family homes located on Kentucky Way, Citation Drive, and Pacer Lane, just off of Route 537 in the East Freehold section of the Township. Built in the early to mid-1990s' by the KLK Co., there are five models, the Hillcrest, Stratford, Canterbury, Bedminster, and Lancaster, which range in size from about 1600 to just over 2000 square feet, according to tax records. All homes were built with at least three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a two-car garage and many have basements, some of which are now finished. A homeowner association is responsible for common areas and community amenities include a pool and tennis courts. Lower elementary school students attend the Joseph J. Catena Elementary School, middle school students attend the Dwight D. Eisenhower Middle School and high school students attend the Freehold High School. For commuters, Route 18 is just a short drive from Colts Pride, with Route 9 less than 10 minutes away.
