Cedar Village is conveniently located for shoppers, with Route 35 outlets and stores less than a mile from the gated community entrance. For commuters, the Hazlet and Middletown train stations are less than 2.5 miles away, as is access to the Garden State Parkway. Association rules require that one resident must be at least 55 years of age.
