Beau Ridge – Holmdel, NJ

Beau Ridge is a rather unique concept in condominium living in that blends aspects of condominium living with aspects of single family detached living. In Beau Ridge, the homes are detached from one another and homeowners are generally responsible for maintenance of the physical home, inside and out, while the condominium association is responsible for snow and trash removal, care of the common areas and maintenance of the individual lawns. Beau Ridge is a pet-friendly community of 250 homes that was built around the year 2000.  There are three distinctive models, the Travertine, the Alabaster and the Carrara.  When originally built, the homes had two or three bedrooms but the Carrara also had an optional fourth bedroom.  Sizes range from 2057 to 2456 square feet, according to tax records, not counting any basement finish a home may have.  All homes have a basement, many of which are finished, and a two car garage. Beau Ridge amenities include a community clubhouse, pool, tennis and basketball courts and a playground for children.  Beau Ridge is convenient for commuters, with the Middletown train station just over 2 miles away and access to the Garden State Parkway about 1.5 miles from the door.  For shoppers, the Holmdel Commons and Holmdel Town Center shopping centers are just over a mile away.
