Beachfront North – Long Branch, NJ

Beachfront North is the term commonly applied to two sister communities, Grand Resorts and The Bluffs, which were built in the mid-2000's.  Grand Resorts is a community of 180 apartment style condominiums, with eight different floor plans ranging in size from just over 1100 square feet to over 3600 square feet.  The Bluffs is a community of 104 townhouse style condominiums, with seven floor plans ranging in size from just under 2000 square feet to almost 3600 square feet.  There is a lot to like about Grand Resorts and The Bluffs, starting with the location, which is right on the beachfront promenade and just a couple of minutes by foot to Pier Village.  Both share the recreational facilities which include a heated pool, fully equipped exercise center, community room, billiard room and internet cafe.  Good news for pet lovers, both Grand Resorts and The Bluffs are pet-friendly.
