Asbury Terrace is a pet-friendly community of 23 studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartment-style condominiums located at 301 Sixth Avenue in the Northeast section of Asbury Park. Constructed in the early 1960s and converted to condos in the mid to late 2000s, the studios are between 300- 400 square feet, with the one-bedroom apartments at less than 700 square feet and the two bedrooms a bit over 700 square feet. The location is perfect for beach lovers, with the Asbury Park beachfront just two blocks away. A nice feature of Asbury Terrace is that heat and hot water are included in the association fees.
